Terms of Service

Effective date: January 29, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Flowboard (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What the Service does

Flowboard is a Webflow Designer clipboard manager. The Flowboard Chrome extension saves copied Webflow clipboard blocks locally in your browser so you can restore and paste them later.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Usage limits

Usage limits depend on your plan. As of January 29, 2026:

  • Free plan: up to 3 saved items and up to 2 pinned items.
  • Pro plan: unlimited saved items and unlimited pinned items.

Limits may change over time; the Service will show the current limits that apply to your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features may require an active subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription may renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal available in the Service.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.
  • Do not attempt to access, probe, or compromise accounts or systems you do not own or have permission to access.
  • Do not use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Licence and restrictions

Flowboard is licensed, not sold. DRIFFFT LTD and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to Flowboard, including the Chrome extension, website, backend systems, software, designs, workflows, interfaces, branding, documentation, and related technology.

By accessing the website, downloading or installing the Chrome extension, or using Flowboard, you agree that you must not, except where expressly permitted by applicable law: copy, modify, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, extract source code from, or create derivative works based on Flowboard.

You must not use Flowboard, including its output, user interface, workflows, behaviour, or proprietary methods, to build, train, benchmark, test, or improve a competing product or service.

You must not bypass, disable, or interfere with any licensing, payment, account, token, plan, usage-limit, or access-control system. You must not share, sell, sublicense, transfer, publish, or distribute access to your account, licence keys, login sessions, tokens, or paid functionality.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowboard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service, users, or comply with law.
